At Les Lilas, we believe that true growth begins from within—and radiates outward when nurtured by intention, care, and collective vision. Our new strategic plan, Innovating Bilingual Education for a Changing World, builds upon the values that have long anchored our community: joyful bilingual learning, the Montessori spirit of discovery, and a commitment to every child’s unique path.

This plan outlines nine key initiatives across three guiding domains—Pedagogy & Inclusion, Sustainability & Citizenship, and Community & Partnerships. Each was shaped through deep listening, collaborative dialogue, and the shared belief that our students deserve an education rooted in excellence, equity, and belonging.

As our school continues to grow in size and strength, this plan gives us the clarity to move forward with confidence—and the flexibility to adapt with heart. It is both a compass and a promise: that we will continue to innovate, reflect, and rise together to meet the needs of a changing world—while staying grounded in the values that make Les Lilas home.
