Caroline Terreaux grew up in a small town near the French Alps and moved to North America in 2008. She first lived in Boston and Toronto, and then settled in Seattle in 2013.   

Prior to joining Les Lilas as a L’Élémentaire and La Maternelle assistant teacher in 2019, Caroline worked with newcomer communities in Canada and in the tech industry. She was also an early childhood and elementary teacher at the Alliance Française in Boston. 

Caroline graduated from Grenoble University in 2004 and completed her Master in Foreign Language Education from the Université Lumière in Lyon in 2008.

In her free time, Caroline loves to be outdoors hiking and camping with her two boys and her husband.
