Mme Heloise is from northern France, more specifically from Amiens. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Science, during which she had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus exchange program in Norway. This experience sparked an interest in learning more about different educational systems around the world, leading her to pursue a Master’s degree in Teaching, Education, and Training (MEEF) with an international focus. She then passed the French teaching certification exam(CRPE) and became a tenured teacher.

After a year of tenure, Mme Heloise decided to explore other educational models and improve her English skills. She
moved to Ireland and worked in a preschool in Dublin, then returned to France where she had the
opportunity to work across different grade levels and in various schools. These experiences taught her a
great deal about teaching and education. During these years, she discovered the Finnish education model,
worked in an English-language immersion school, and developed several partnerships with different
schools across Europe.

When not in the classroom she enjoys going for walks, exercising, reading, and watching movies. She is
very excited to discover the school, meet the students, and explore the city of Seattle and its
surrounding areas!
