KATIA FARAGE
After-Care Lead Teacher
Katia Farage has lived, studied, and worked on three different continents, making her way to Seattle through France, Lebanon, and Texas. She is a native French speaker with over five years of experience teaching French language and art workshops for children, both at the Alliance Française of Seattle and the French Cultural Center in Lebanon. Her teaching blends creativity, cultural enrichment, and a nurturing approach to help children thrive.
In addition to her work in education, Katia has built a successful career in user experience research and design, leading projects at organizations like Amazon, Microsoft, and Seattle Children’s Hospital. She is also pursuing a certification in sexual health education, deepening her skills in promoting respectful communication, healthy boundaries, and age-appropriate learning.
Outside of work, Katia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, tending to her many plants, and keeping her hands busy with crafts and puzzles.
