Napping

Napping is an important part of a toddler's day at school. Naps support their physical, cognitive, and emotional development. Naps help children recharge, enhance their memory and learning, and improve their mood and behavior. Children who attend our full-day programs have the opportunity to nap at school. We support each child in developing their napping routine. If a child prefers not to nap, we offer other relaxing activities to ensure they can rest effectively.
